Privacy
Revenue Autopilot stores only the account, invoice, client, reminder, and payment information required to operate the receivables workflow you choose to run. We do not sell customer data, and we do not grant internal automation publishing or payment authority.
What we store
Workspace identity, operator emails, invoice and client records, reminder state, Stripe-linked payment references, and analytics needed to measure product usage and approved marketing effectiveness.
What third parties handle
Stripe handles payment processing, Supabase handles core data and authentication, and Resend handles transactional email delivery. Those providers apply their own security and retention controls.
Internal AI boundaries
Internal automation may prepare bounded operational or marketing assistance from approved signals, but it cannot publish, spend, or expose internal data without human approval.
Deletion requests
Authenticated operators can initiate account deletion from the protected settings area. If you cannot sign in, use the public account deletion page for fallback instructions.
