Revenue Autopilot

Platform tutorial

This guide explains the core product path from workspace access through issuance, collection, and operator control.

1. Open the workspace

Start with signup or login. Signup opens the workspace, and login returns the operator to the invoices and clients that still require attention.

2. Register clients

Each client keeps email, phone, timezone, and operating context so delivery and follow-through do not depend on manual memory.

3. Issue invoices

Invoices are created with amount, currency, due date, and reason. Operators can keep them in draft, send them, and track their state in one workflow.

4. Collect and reconcile

Stripe processes payment. Revenue Autopilot reconciles the state, anchors the receipt, and keeps payment evidence on the same invoice record.

5. Operate with control

Operator actions are timestamped with a reason and kept traceable. Items removed from the active workflow remain in history.
